I finally find some time to start looking at my old Vinyl and there are a massive amount of tracks that I need to rip.... Any suggestions on which app is best to use to rip an tag?

You aren't going to be able to "ripp" a vinyl record. You'll have to record it.
Setup your turntable to your mixer and play your record on normal 33rpm and record the main output on your computer with a recording/editing program such as - cooledit (adobe audition) or cakewalk. Then after recording the song in wave format you can convert it to mp3 (or leave it in wave) and edit the tag.

I had a play about with this, but never really had a proper look at it.
It's free to download and it's pretty good.
