Installed new drivers but having problems with the console now. In the console control panel it says "DirectInput Not Int" and I can't change to dj mode or any of the settings.
Anybody else had problems with the new drivers?

Installed them yesterday.
Been playing around, had some freezes. But think is due to setting up the ASIO drivers.
After having configured the ASIO drivers via Advanced config (as advised in one of the post from the Hercules Dev team), it runs fine.
But haven't been testing to the max, I must say.
First unistalled previous drivers, then installed new drivers and preformed the advised firmware upgarde.

Hello All,
don´t Panic, I have this Problem yesterday. I have a Laptop with 4 normal (2,0 Version) USB. i have the usb Cabel put to the FIRST USB, after the Error, and than was the Hercules Console connecting ok.
Trying that, and good Work for the Future

Hmm, I'm having the same problem. I'd already upgraded to the previous drivers, which had firmware 35 so it didn't try to update it this time. I have tried putting it into the first USB port but it makes no difference. Anyone else still having this problem?

i have installed them and i have no problem ...
i have uninstalled the previous version before ....
and now i have virtual dj in asio mode with the tips of HErcules Team :)

I've got this problem too, just about to try the alternate USB port fix - will report back (I think this is going to be more than a one pizza problem, but anyway excuse me while I put one in the oven).

I was right - gonna take more than one pizza...
Tried a new USB port and no change... Herc mixer still delivers the "DirectInput not init." error and all the features are greyed out/unavailable.
still no word from Guillemot either.

I have installed new drivers and then i can't install the hardware "The hardware was not installed brcause the wizard cannot find the necessary software" I've tried both usb ports... what should i do?

Well i fixed the problem i had and now i have the same problems with previous drivers. I can't configure virtual dj 2 so i can use my headphones and a second soundcard. Whatever changes i make the result is the same. I have choose asio mode too.
