Topic: Timecoded vinyl

i ive bought timecoded vinyl about 4 weeks ago now and still havnt received them, i was wondering if any 1 else has had this problem and could tell me what i can do as getting no response from virtual dj wen they have been emailed?
any replys would b nice thanx

ive also bought software which i havnt yet regersterd intil my time codes arrive!
