Hi there . i recently bought a mk2 console but i have some sound bug issues.
Well let’s start.
I use a laptop with a usb sound card and logitech z5500 speakers

I connected both tts with mk2 (grounded them) and the outputs of mk2 to phono inputs of my mixer. Also from the mixer i pushed a little button that switches from phono to line.
Ok then i plugged a cable from the master output of my mixer not to the usb sound card (it doesn’t have inputs. Only outputs) but to the logitechs line in. You can see it to the next picture

when i plug this cable and when my mixer is on i get this sound

but when i turn off the mixer the sound becomes less noticeable. (only if i turn on to the highest level the speakers i hear it)
if then i unplug the mk2 console the sound is copletely off.
I checked well all the grounds and bought brand new cables for all of my gear but the problem still exists. What do you think it is?
I read somewhere to unplug the ac adapter from the laptop and use it with the battery but nothing.
Note that the problem with the sound stays even i don’t open the vdj

try a powered usb hub , or the ac adaptor

why to use a powered hub?i plugged it to a normal usb 2.0. also i said that already tried the trick with the ac adapter. unplugged the adapter and used the laptop with it's battery but still nothing

you get same noise with laptop running on batteries only??
It sounds very much like ground loop.
Try connecting your audio stuff (pc, mixer, speaker) on different power outlets .

it's the third time i will say that yes even with the battery i get the same noise

well, if running on batteries doesnt help, then try reinstall the drivers.
And if that doesnt help, return the unit to the shop.
It might be broken...
(sounds exactly like a ground loop that RealPlayer file, so sorry for asking about the batteries again)
