Hello there,
I have just turned on VDJ and got the message: "Error in the sound driver of Directx"
I am unsure what this means so I have downloaded the latest DirectX Package from www.filehippo.com (all 32MB of it!!) and installed it - this didnt work so I uninstalled VDJ and re-installed it ... guess what - still no luck.
Any ideas?

It usually has nothing to do with directX drivers, a bit of a "silly" message, but it usually means your soundcard setting in VDJ is wrong (directX sound).
So all you need to do, is change the souncard settings to something that works, at your current pc, close VDJ, and restart...
And message is gone ;)
