I made a mix. During the mix everything sounded fine. I felt good doing it. When I went back to listen to it, it bounces around and the song is just all messed up. What should I try or what can I do?

try lowering your profromance tab on the proformance options and choose autolatency

Click on 'config' (right above on the default skins of 4.2) and then search for the performance tab. You can read all about it in the manual. I like to help you, but if you look at it in the manual you'll make it easier for yourself.
