Hi,
when I'm mixing with VDJ and my Dj Control Mp3 i can here some sound crackles after a while (1 - 2 hours)
That means, when i use any button or fader on the dj Control, the song which is played at the monent crackles a little bit.
My Laptop ist optimzed for VDJ use only!!!
That means WinXP SP1 and the Drivers, nothing else...... of course VDJ too :-)
My Laptop:
HP NC6120
Pentium M 1,86 Ghz
1,5 GB DDR Ram
Numark cm 200 usb Mixer ( 2 integrated soundcards)
What could be wrong???

In my opinion it has nothing to do with Performace!!!
Without the Dj Control Mp3 everything works fine, even for 8 hours!!!!
But when i use the DJ Control, this strange crackles appear after a while......

its possibly straining your cpu
have u checked ur cables grounding?
have u thought about trying the external power adaptop?

I'm also using a pcmcia to usb 2.0 card with external power supply because i need 5 USB Pots on my Laptop.
But i dont know which IRQ is resposible for PCMCIA......

to boost stability of your mk2 you can plug an adaptor to the power port
for the exact one to get check the manual
your irq doesnt have any major problems but a slight clonflict could be that one of your usb ports is on the same irq as your harddrive controler and it could be this thats having a drain on ur cpu

I'm using the Dj control MP3, not the MK2!!!
There's no power port. Just one USB Port for connecting it with the PC/Laptop....
How can i solve this IRQ problem???
