Just downloaded the new update...how do I increase my cue levels on the headphones to the same level as the output of the deck that is playing...my current levels are low even though my headphone fader is at maximum.

well...thats pretty hard to say on a general basic :)
Got EXTERNAL MIXER? use the headphone knob there
Got Hercules? same as above
other soundcards have a knob too, or a slider in soundcard controll panel.
Also, check that "headphone volum" is set at max in VDJ. You will find a headphone slider at more advanced skins (like Mixstation, Pioneer 700 etc)
