Basically it will work in the same sense as an xp10 except that it has a cd/dvd drive you can play discs from and also it doesnt have a built in soundcard.

So the outputs on the Back are for it's internal CD Player only.

that's correct.
Maybe there will be maper soon. Or maybe all buttons has defoult functions.
