Topic: Numark Cue Software...

I discovered the Numark Cue software last night, and without thinking, I was like "Man did they copy the crap out of VDJ!!!"
Then I remembered about Numark and it's affiliation with VDJ...lol

So I have 2 questions...
1>What is better, CUE or VDJ? (don't be biased!)
2>Why is my CUE trial already expired?

It's the same software, but Cue is distributed by Numark.

Because it's the same software, and you've already expired your VirtualDJ trial.
 
Since it is the same software, is it possible to get the Numark skin then for VDJ? Anyone tried it?

Numark skin is exclusive to Numark's Version
 
you can use this skin whit virtualdj and in demo you can use all sound setup configurations.
 
Just install the cue demo, copy the "Cue" skin from the demo folder to your VDJ folder, and you're set! I like the cue skin, it has a bigger "time remaining" and bpm display. Nice!
 
So what is better?...or is it exactly the same?
 
That, and if they are the same, how much is CUE going to cost?
 
They are going to be sold in different markets and the CUE software is probably going to be a boxed distribution i would have thought as opposed to a download. hence the price is going to be hard to judge
probably enough to undercut traktor :P
 
Is there a release date, and I am still wondering if there is going to be a comparison chart and price given?
 
I can't really say what is better between Cue and VDJ, as it is the same software.

But with VDJ, since version 1.0 all updates have been free. Some users have VDJ 4 for free as they bought VDJ 1.0.

I don't know if this will be the same for Numark Cue, but if you buy VDJ 4, you could possibly get VDJ 5.0 for free ;)
 
When is 5 coming out?!
