Hi Folks .... I have a small problem with VDJ4. In VDJ.3.4 I can use the pitch slider with no problems at all, the tracks speed up and slow down on the fly so to speak. However with VDJ4 when I move the pitch control on either deck the songs seem to stutter as the slider moves. Am I missing something in the setup somewhere? I have followed the guides here on the site but to no avail. Can anybody help me please

Sounds like u need to adjust your performance settings a lil lower, how much system memory do you have? are you running anything else while using VDj?

@marekbrad, do you use the advanced master tempo and safe mode in performance tab ?
There is a known compatibility problem with these 2 at the same time.
Try to:
- uncheck save mode (increase latency if this produces crackles)
OR
- use the normal/fast master tempo.
Let me know if this solves your problem.

Thanks guys,
I worked out that the removal of safemode solved the first problem, then I stated to to get popping and crakling so ended up reducing the latency. bit surprised as my laptop has 1GB of ram and INTEL P4
all worked out ok... gigged with it last night ... fantastic....
