Tried last night for the first time since I play mostly disco,club,trance music. I think they invented the word "trainwreck" with me. VDJ picked the wrong BPM's and I had a heck of a time to even get close. Maybe I'm better off with FS than VDJ for this but will play more. VDJ gave "Tipsy" a 124BPM. I tried changing it, tried sync, lock everything. Guess just need more practice.

i play mostly hiphop, rnb, breakbeats... and vdj works sooooo well :) it makes perfect loops, and perfect beatmixes..
BUT, you must have the right bpm - and cgb aligned for it to work.. its a MUST ...
it takes some adjusting for your songs, but trust me, it's sooooo much worth the job ;)
read Fruit's excelent guide here:

and even try the autobpm program to help you find the right bpm.. (works great for hiphop etc)
