I need some help in setting up my Laptop through my home Hi-Fi systems Amp. I want the main to go through the speakers and have the incoming track come through my headphones. Like the way you would have it if you wanted to DJ a house party. Any ideas?

you need 2 outputs for that. one for main line out (connected to speakers) and other line out for headphones. Or maybe you can use external mixer mixer which is easier to use than keyboard & mouse ;) but you will still need 2 x out :)
