anyone else out there mix psy?
just made a mix with the following tracks:

what you guys reckon?
any recommended tracks....?
i like my tracks deep, dark and dirty....

i am from out there and i love psy, goa, hypnotic trance and shit like that...
Try Umek-Neuro if you like it sick, Disco Slickers are good, try it man... or maybe the best there is DJ HELL
Enjoy man and keep it sick and hard

Hi, I mix Psy Trance since years and since 2002 with Atomix, and then VDJ H.E 2x, VDJ Pro 3x and now VDJ 4.0 Pro. Sometime I use and Hercule Concsole but I don't like it. I wait for BCD 2000 support (VDJ 4.1 I hope) to acquire one.

I'm not professional DJ (hard to get money with Psy Trance here in France) but occasional and parties organiser (I'm located in Bordeaux). I've played in several parties and festival in France since 2003.

Hey - thanks for replying - this thread was kinda dated but I thought I would throw out a hook! Listened to ur mixes Fredrix - impressive. Sorry to hear there it not much demand for psy in France - but why don't you like the Hercules console? I have used it to DJ every weekend without any issues - 100% reliable!

I will have some new psy mixes coming out soon - ranging from chillout to dark tek... stay tuned y'all!

I mix Goa/PsyTrance on VDJ Radio. Currently I am the only DJ who plays it and the response has been extremely positive. Feedback would be appreciated as well as artist/song recommendations. Thanks.

Yo I have not been able to check out VDJ Radio as I am still stuck on dial-up - hope to check it out soon... As for artist/song reccomendations...

Things have changed for the better - the music, the hardware and yes (Virtual DJ) the software. The only thing that has not changed it the Goa/Psytrance atmosphere!

yea, at this time, I was using ejay Djmix station 2. 3 months before, I was doing my 1st mix with Atomix mp3. It was a good time.
