I'm wondering if there are more items we can assign shortcuts to that dont appear in the default shortcut menu. I'm about to change most of the shortcut keys, but I'd like to make sure there aren't more functions that I can apply shortcuts to before I do. If there are more functions, is there a list I can download or view on the web?

All you can see if you click on "new" in the shortcuts menu is defineable. Some of the functions listed there aren´t defined by default. Just take a look. :-)

And you can also combine shortcuts, for example :
a <=> play desk 1
a <=> loop 8 beat desk 1
it will start desk one with a loop which start on the first beat.
