how about in the next up grade atominmp3 you can change the bit rate and the frequency of the mp3. like this program call "dbpower amp" that woul be a real could thing.

yeah. we'll make 96kbps mp3's into 320kbps ones.... then they will sound a lot better!

No. Converting from 96kbps to a higher bitrate doesn't makes any sence. You can't make a file better than how it has been recorded!!!
