I have a Numark Mixtrack platinum fx and for some reason the scratch function isn't working like it use to. I have scratch enabled in the controller. Here is a example. When the track is playing and I touch the scratch wheel to do a baby scratch. It does like a forward scratch with my hand still down on it. I can then do a baby scratch. I release my hand off the wheel and the song starts slowly then plays regular speed. I have rampstart time set to 0. I have my latency set to 512 I don't know if thats the problem.

I hooked up the same controller to my other laptop with windows 11 and it worked good. The laptop that I posted the video has windows 10. With the newest version on Virtual dj. Is there a way to downgrade virtual dj? I installed version 2025 b8553 it now scratches but when i start any song it starts dragging then plays normal. I have ramp start off. I need help.

I fixed it I turned all the ramp off in the settings except rampstop.
