can you query when an effect is active and then map a custom button to do something while the effect is active?
I have a vst that has two buttons I want to map to the beat effects (controls effect_beats) bpm buttons but only while that same effect is active.
so that while vst is active & effect_beats is pressed it will do effect_button 'vst' 1 or 2
