Noticed lately since the last public build i'm getting some freezing for a few secs (3-5) on macOS Sonoma. Music continues as usual but the freezing momentarily pops up and it's kind of annoying when it occurs trying to load a track.
Wasn't having this issue before 2023 version.

I have had my M1 Mac since June 2022 and have never experienced any form of freezing. I did a video a year ago demonstrating running a video on an external screen while loading and running various other programs, yet VirtualDJ ran smoothly at all times. Check out the smooth scrolling text onscreen. I have since then added an external Crucial X9 SSD and my files load even faster.

Thanks for sharing ur experience, but like i stated it wasn't doing this till the last update. The only issue i had prior was it occasionally crashing when i would make changes in the tag editor to some tracks. I saw that part was addressed in the 2024 update and so no crashes since, but this part is just is the only thing testing my nerves.
