After playing with the STEMS feature now since it launched right up till the very latest version (which is awesome by the way) I would very much like to try a custom mapping but I'm not entirely sure if this is possible or not.
What I would like to do is have :
HIGH = VOCAL
MID = INSTRUMENTS
BASS = NORMAL BASS CUT/AMP
I've settled into playing in a way in which vocals / instruments seem to be the two that need isolating the most and bass behaving normally is fine.
The way I have this setup right now is on a four channel mixer using the EZ Remix feature... so I'm using the HIGH / MID from the outer decks and the LOW on the inner decks... I would very much like to be able to map this to just the channels on the inner decks... This would also allow me to use a 2 channel mixer.
Any clues on how to do this? I did just look at remapping and it appears (at first glance) that HIGH/MID/LOW just get assigned to whatever STEMS mode is set... whereas I would really like to have more control over which knob does which.
Really hope this is possible and somebody can point me in the right direction!
