My new Mixstream Pro+ locks up upon starting Virtual Dj and would not play a track I have to restart Virtual DJ and my board numerus times then it finally reads and works fine after, anyone have advice that has a Mixstream Pro+

Mine will freeze for 5-10 seconds (seems like 5-10 minutes!), then start playing again. Maddening! I don't know where to start to toubleshoot.

Same problem, killed me tonight. Thankfully only ten minutes into the set, but froze 4 times over the next two songs. The only way I managed to do anything was to switch sound from Numark driver to onboard headphone socket and connect it to my external backup mixer. The controller worked perfectly after then, but I couldn’t use headphones as the mixtstream was nothing more than a midi controller with a screen.
I’m assuming there’s a driver issue with VDJ and Numark!!

Having same issue just want to know if even updated issue and still having same problem my mixer is only a year old I’m very disappointed
