so i just got the rane one and i plugged it in and started it up it recognized the controller all that jazz. i hit start stop button and it moves the platter but no sound is coming out and its acting like its not even working on the software at all. no idea if it is just something little and silly that i do not know about or something else. My previous controller was a numark ns7III and i never had that issue it booted right up and played so no idea what is going on. thank you

Install Drivers https://www.rane.com/downloads
Then make sure the Source selectors are set to USB-A or USB-B depending on the USB port you connected at the rear panel
