After 15-20 minutes of using it just closes itself. It doesn't freeze or crash nor my laptop freezes.

I have the same problem! However, I'm using a Nobetook Predator Helios (i7 10th generation / 16 GB RAM / 6 GB Video / Windows 10) along with a pioneering DDJ1000 controller.
In this case, when the Virtual DJ finishes playing the songs, it doesn't mark them as "already played" (red icon) and after a certain time it simply closes by itself.
Sometimes it reopens... as if it started for the first time.
Use the VirtualDJ 2020 PRO Infinity license.

Some crashes logged to your account appear to be related to RivaTuner, so you might want to try to turn that off or uninstall it.
