I'm absolutely DONE with Virtual Dj because the support is NON-existent and HOT CUES just automatically reset. Now my ENTIRE crates or playlists have reset. This is incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL and causes extreme stress on DJ's that take time to go through their music library and organize their music. This would be the BEST DJ'n platform but this MAJOR issue makes it true BEGINNER platform for DJ's. I should NOT have to worry about my hot case being lost nor should I van to toggle with data bases for them to stay set. VDJ has been given total disk access and all yet it CONTINUES to ERASE my hot cues. This is ridiculous so SERATO it is. Extremely disappointed customer.
