I lost my license after an update of my computer, it is for a pioneer wego september 2013 limited edition (bought in Brasil in 2017), I still have the sticker with licence code below but it's damaged, I'm missing some numbers.. but I still have the serial number ! how can I proceed ?

Probably have to contact pioneer unless you registered it here. If it's registered look in your account under licenses
