I just upgraded my Virtual DJ I am receiving the following message - On drive /Volumes/Seagate Backup Plus Drive, we found a VirtualDJ v7.x database that is newer than the existing version 8 database.
Do you want to delete your v8 database and reimport from the v7 database?
Should I delete and reimport or not? Please let me know if anyone has any advice.

Select yes, if you just switched to modern VDJ and want to import the database from old version ;-)
Sounds like you just upgraded from v7, so makes sense to import then ..
I guess you meant you just upgrade from v7 and not from a recent modern version and incremental small update?

That is right I just installed the new version. I have not been active for the past 3 years but getting ready for a 60th B-Day party on Saturday and wanted to ensure that everything is up and running. So Just say yes and it will migrate my old database correct?

Correct ... just click yes to import from old version ;-)
