Greetings to all, please i don't know what to do im using a window 10 pro education version 1903.
whenever i get my VIRTUAL DJ updated all my saved settings and my key'' song get cleared and which makes me start afresh in keying my songs all over again.

One likely/common cause can be that VirtualDJ is already running, and hence database already taken when you run your updated version. Try restart the computer first if its slow at shutting down processes.
Alternatively, are you using some cloud service (like "OneDrive") as the "Documents" folder?
VirtualDJ saves its settings to /documents/virutaldj/
So if this folder is part of cloud service, and some syncing issues, results might be troublesome.
Or if you log in as a different Windows user account, settings saved at other user account will not be present.
