I have a Numark Mixtrack Platinum FX controller.
The issues are all volume related.
1.) Max headphone level is very quiet
2.) Gain controls for each deck are erratic (level can be low, increase as you turn up the vol, then dips at max)
3.) Same for the cue gain.
Thought it might be a faulty unit, but is works perfectly with Serato DJ Pro no sound or control issues at all.
Incidentally I get a similar issue using Virtual DJ 2021 with my Hercules RMX, adjusting the gain control, causes issues after a while to the sound quality.
Please help!

i had the same 'max headphone level' issue with my numark mixtrack pro ii as well, which i believe was hardware related (researched on the internet). i bought a headphone amplifier to boost the output, and that worked well enough. sorry, but i never experienced the other issues you're having. i now have a pioneer ddj-sb3 though.
