Hi all,
I have a problem with forcing Virtual DJ 2021 to work properly with Pioneer DDJ-RB.
The main issue I have is that once I go to Options -> Mapping and I'm selecting Pioneer DDJ-RB from top left list, bottom left list the list is filling up with functions and mapped options. Even if I use Save button in the right top corner of Mapping window, this doesn't help. As soon I close the option window this mapping seems to reset and it backs to some default value Automap MIDI (custom mapping) and lists are empty.
I'm guessing that because of that some jogs are not working like gain or filter.
Of course I have proper licence bought.
Do you have any idea how to fix it?

When selecting Pioneer DDJ-RB from the top-left list (without listing all compatible devices), you should get "factory default" in Mapping list at the right side as an option.
If not, then it means that the device is not properly detected by your computer/OS as a MIDI device.
Please (re)install latest Drivers and firmware from https://www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software/archive/ddj-rb/
