trying to download 2021 program

if that doesn't solve, then give more details. what operating system [o/s] what articture, 32 bit x86, or 64 bit x64?
 
it keeps saying that the old version cannot be removed and something about the network server is unavalible

Backup your VDJ settings database, uninstall it over Windows System Settings, install the new VDJ version, restore your VDJ Settings.
 
ok here is what im reading. the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavalible
 
the installation is reading that its trying to remove applications
 
its also reading the older version of vdj 2021 cannot be removed
