Does Loop out have a little tick in the end?
EDIT: it's only in filter modes

it does here when button 1 "stop" is on

sometimes i get a click at the end of an echo... i find if i adjust the end of the looped echo part to a part with as low volume as possible it helps and sometimes prevents the click.
