dont know it was the lastest windows 10 update. vdj (latest build). in the config menu there is a very big delay scrolling the mouse. same when using mouse to scroll through folders on my vdj drive with tunes. was having bad snap, crackle and pops with my new djm-450. and was reading up about nvidia conflicts. so i replaced my nvidia with a amd radeo 580. the snap crackle pop is gone. and the system overall is fine

32gbs ram
windows in on a samsung 970 pro.
no overclocking. no 3rd party antivirus, and system is pretty stripped down to the basics.
should i just re install vdj?

btw latency is fine. no spikes.

problem solved. i just added vdj to a part in my radeon driver as an app to control (like you would a game). and its fine now
