I've been broadcasting to an older Shoutcast v1 server and Ive noticed that not all of my tag information is being broadcasted most notably the Album Art. Is there a way to broadcast the album art information? The album art is embedded in my files.

no album art doesn't broadcast on any radio server icecast or shoutcast v1 or v2

That's intriguing because the player that this site uses shows the album art

that is a server side script that gets the album art from somewhere not from meta data from VDJ
Actually my shoutcast host has a similar feature but this does not come from the meta data send from a VDJ

Look for a Stream host that uses http://centova.com/en/cast or something similar to get Album Art
if you look here you can see this info is aquired from other sources unless you use their autoDj service then it has the ability to read it from tags but that requires the files to be on their server .... http://centova.com/doc/cast/administration_manual/02_reference_manual/01_account_management/03_user_account_settings/06_albums
