Topic: Smallest laptop.

What's the smallest, compact laptop or tablet that vdj 8 can run on? Not for live. Mostly for sorting and building Playlists. Must be able to access external hard drives.

There are similar 7" tablets to be found as well, but then you need a USB-OTG adapter to connect USB hard drives, and finding an adapter that works with your specific tablet in this range can be difficult. (and sometimes it will prevent charging and using the usb port at the same time as well)
 
GPD pocket is perfect. Been using it for smaller gigs with the DJ2GO2 and it works flawlessly. Outputs video all night too with no issues whatsoever.

14" touch screen
Intel I5
1tb HDD
8gb mem
It's thin, powerful and lightweight.
Runs 8 with HD vids no problem.

I use this for small shows as my back up and prep Works very well atom processor but it’s quad core so it’s not horribly slow Small hard drive I use a micro sd for the music

I LOVE your set up! Was considering something similar until I went with a Denon MC7000. That is perfectly customised. Just brilliant. What do you think of the behringer controllers?
