I'm using a NUMARK NVii....during a party, my screen freezes up.ON THE NUMARK, everything worked on the computer but not the controller. I cut it off and back on and it started to work but I lost all cues and color tags and hilights. It comes with SERATO but I've been using VDJ and have add ons through VDJ. They say I need to contact VDJ to resolve my issues.
