Hello all -
So its been years that I had to mess with my settings so I honestly am embarrassed to ask for help here, but I am having setting issues with my ns6 II and I swear this is a numark thing, because I dont deal with this when using Denon controllers - 6000 mk1, 7k and 8k
even after going into the settings and 'fixing' the issue - it would revert back to its "faulty" state.
1) pitch was set at 10 - when a song would load it would go to 44 or 50 or any number but 10 - I was not using sync
2) gain was all over the place. on the board I had it set at 7 or 8 oclock position - but if I needed a little bit more extra in the gain on the boad it was jumping to 12 and just be totally obnoxious with sound
ive tried several times and I know I missing something so simple - just cannot get it right.
also, is there a skin going to be made for this controller?

1) Turn off autoBPMMatch and autoPitchRange settings
2) NS6II has a MIDI mixer. This means that with the default settings the "zero" (no gain applied) position is 12 o clock. You can turn off autoGain setting if you wish to have the gains work in a "hardware" fashion mode. However your tracks won't be leveled by autoGain and you'll have to mess with gain adjustment much more frequently...

Thanks Phantom that was it - I was even thinking auto pitch range, but I swear I had NO selected under auto-gain - I did not.
