I really like having a display on a controller, which helps me to prevent from constantly having to look at my laptop screen. The Numark NVII (updated version of the NV) seems to fit what I'm looking for. I'm not a heavy club remix DJ, as I mostly DJ weddings, but I do want more remix control and flexibility than what my Numark Mixdeck Express allows.
Any hands-on review or opinions of the NVII using VDJ 8 Pro will be greatly appreciated.

Yes - nvii has been tightly integrated into vdj 8.2 ( i have the pro version) - there is a profile and comprehensive manual for it.
As far as the unit goes - i have had mine for a little over a year and enjoy it a lot - screens are clear and a little learning with it gives a lot of control- the touch control for the fx is really nice ( i thought it was a gimmick at first)
