hi i just got myself a mixtrack platinum
using it with VDJ 8
VDJ says that the controler is native, but it seems as though the right platter does not work , at all (nudge , scratch or scroll), nada
also the loop controlls on the right deck dont do anything, and the strip search control at the top does nothing on either deck
the sound works and the normal transport controlls , cue buttons, load track buttons and volumes etc, work.
any ideas?

ok that was a bit hastey of me
i restarted the software and it seems to be all working now

The controller is natively supported, yes
Could it be a defect unit?
Because it should be a very simple setup if you are mixing on the controller with just master and cue
