It's so funny that Virtual DJ has quite a bit of scripting control but unless you know the verbage of a particular feature, it can't be found.
Anyone know if the default Virtual DJ 8 skin has a knob to slide to the
left where you only hear the left channel
right where you only hear the right channel
center where you hear both channels
I was desperate the other day and one speaker was playing louder than the other and didn't have the time to hook up my spare equipment. This would have been a quick fix.
I don't even know what script function it would be to program a custom knob for this option.

The master_balance action can be used for Master, assigned to a custom knob.

The controller HD skin by Dennyo has a balance knob built in at the top.

I used the balance knob all my life and can't believe that word didn't come to me. The American DJ VMS2 which I use for smaller parties didn't have a balance knob but thanks all for the suggestions. Not sure yet if I will use the script or the plugin. I have to play with them all and look at the skin one more time which has the balance knob.
