I have several external drives with several different folders...I want to merge them together and remove the duplicates...what software do you guys use? I tried MusicBrainzPicard but it crashes and is not very user friendly.

if you don't want to loose your cues or have to re-analyze i suggest you do the merging with VDJ

What @wickedmix said or you could recurse them all in VDJ, then sort by name and delete the versions you've never played. Whichever method you use it'll still take for*%@#+?~ever
