I bought a license for Hercules MP3 E2 about a week ago to use with VDJ8 and everything worked great. I tried to use it today but VDJ8 tells me my controller is recognized but when I try to use it nothing happens in the program. The lights for the controller are on and the controller works on VDJ7 home for the 10 mins. I've reinstalled VDJ8 twice and updated my drivers for the hercules controller. Has anyone had this problem? Sorry if that is a bad explanation but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You have to login to VirtualDJ 8 to active your controller licence.
The red text says: Same user details as on the forum.
