Hi everyone,
Trying to get VDJ 8 up to speed for me.
While things are working great I have come across a small problem that I'm sure one of you have a answer.
The small problem is this:
I created my Filer Folder like I have in VDJ 7 using isscanned=0 but it's find *.vdj files which are sample files.
Anyway, I've made sure that I'm only search my music Database within my laptop music director.
This is in it's own location right under my C drive.
Any and all ideas or fixes are welcome.
Again, short of that, I have everything working great.
--- Mapping my keyboard like my old VDJ 7 with my older and new laptop are working great.
--- Videos display works (I love how one click fill the screen)... :)
--- I love the new Horizontal and Inverted Wave Display
--- I thought my new laptop sound card was better until I played the same song on my old laptop. Better Sound with VDJ 8... :)
--- Being able to adjust the text size as needed....
--- etc...
I know someone or a lot of you have answer which will help.

Just so I understand you correctly, you don't want *.vdjedit files showing up in your filter folder which is for unanalyzed tracks??

Samples are part of the database so they will show up in your filter query. Try using the following script in the folder instead: isscanned=0 and file type is not "vdjsample"

Why not simply scan them so they don't show up anymore?

I only needed to delete one of those files which wouldn't load.
Not bad for having 1 out of 25,000 be bad... lol
