Sound from the Numark NV is not as good as sound from Mixtrack Pro. But Im struggling with my music- its like soup- on 7.4 it remembers groups of tracks ive played and places them at the top of my bpm filters, on 8.1 anything matching the bpm filter is there and in no order?

There was a thread about this recently. The sort function (which was default in VDJ 7) is still there in VDJ 8. It's just not very obvious!
You just need to click on the left most browser header (the one above the track icon column).
