I was playing audio on deck 1 and video on deck 2, however the video on deck 2 was not showing.
The video slider was set to deck 2, and audio slider to deck 1. Audio was working properly.
I was able to get it to start again by double clicking the mini video window to stop it, then starting it again.

what is your setting in "startVideoOnLoad" ?
