So far been testing the 8.1 upgrade and have found that the Pull down to change between 2 / 4 / 6 Decks does not function.
Also the Icons to swap between normal and touch screen mode do not work.
Running on Windows 7 Pro fully patched. So far all other items work as is should but will still test further.

Just tested under Windows 7, Windows 10, and Mac OSX (El Capitan), and it works on all three without an issue. (Both the dropdown deck count change as well as the touch tablet buttons.)
I suspect you are using the standard skin, correct?

Yes, Standard skin. But cannot download the full package yet as they have not released it on the website.
