So I've disabled all keyboard shortcuts. When I press "C" or "S" and the cursor isn't in the search bar, the playing deck mutes for about a second with some digital artifacts/blips before resuming. I've tried all kinds of methods to disable all the keyboard shortcuts, including manually deleting each command.
Running windows 7, 2x CDJ2ks, DJM900 nexus (soundcard).
I'm running a build that's probably about 6 months old, was this issue ever reported/resolved?

Are you sure that the selected mapping is your "custom mapping" in the Controllers tab and it doesnt have those keys assigned to anything ?

100% and tested multiple ways, I guess it's not present in the build you're running?

No, cant reproduce it here, and actually cant recall of a similar issue at any previous build, so it could be something related to your own custom files.
You can zip the Mappers and Devices folders of your VirtualDJ folder and send me the link via PM to download the files and see if there is anything wrong with them.

Try to disable the setting "searchbyfirstletter" and see if it helps
