Hi guys. I use a JB Systems MIDI Controller and every time I press "Start Record" on my VDJ8 it closes. I don't know what's wrong. Please Help!!

how about if you try record without your controller plugged in?

But that would mean not using my controller to record mixes, and that's not what I want. I purchased my VDJ 8 license so I can use my controller to record my sets.

I dont think its controller related.
What is your OS ?
did you try other File formats like wav ?
Did you try to record to your Dekstop instead of the path you are using ? (could be folder permissions issue)
BTW, if VirtualDJ shuts down, this means that a crash occurred. However, it appears that no data have been uploaded to our server , so there may be an issue with your Host files, or some Antivirus is blocking the proper connection.
