Hey,
I have bought my Stanton DJC.4 controller a while ago and I haven been using it with Virtual DJ LE but with Traktor yet mapping was wrong etc.
So I have switched back to Virtual DJ LE yet LE version does not let me use advanced output options - okay its just LE but then WHY THE HELL I CANNOT USE CUE?
'Cue' is on right speaker and main output is on left.
Is that the way is meant to be because it is free? (It should not and if it is you should be ashamed) is there any way to solve it?

Did you look at the audio configuration menu (given this LE version provides this possibility)?
You should have something that looks like this:
- Input : None
- Output(s): Headphone > Master Chan1/2 / headphone Chan3/4
-Soundcard: Stanton DJC.4,
