Hello,
When I'm using the EQ knobs (Hi,mid,low) the sound stay the same, For example while putting down the low knob i can still hear the bass.
How can i fix it?

By default, adjustments to the EQ cannot be heard in the headphones when cueing (assuming that's what you mean).
This can be changed from the config options.
