Simply connect the second computer to the internet and log into VDJ so that it will recognise your details and enable your monthly subscription.
As you've chosen the monthly subscription, you'll have to do this every 30 days so that your subscription can be renewed.
A full Pro Infinity license doesn't have that restriction. With that, once you've logged in online and VDJ knows you're licensed, an internet connection wouldn't be required.
